Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unopened and unused, remaining in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is required for all requests.
We want you to explore our collection with total confidence. If you try a new product and find it is not the right fit, we will issue a Store Gift Card of equal value so you can find something you love.
This offer applies only to your first time ordering a specific product.
The returned product must be at least 50% full.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Clearance items and bulk wholesale orders are excluded.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged during shipping, defective, or contains the wrong items, contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

Unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or wrong item, the customer covers the return shipping costs.
If a refund is requested due to customer-related reasons, the refund will be issued as store credit to your account. If the refund is due to an issue on our end, the refund will be returned to your original payment method.
