I’ve bought a good bit of smoke from you guys, and honestly, the first few orders were great. But the last two were underweight, and this order was really dry. I didn’t even complain because it feels like nothing ever gets fixed. Even if my weed showed up open and all over the package, I already know the response would be, “Yeah, when we packed it, we made sure it was sealed.” That’s not cool. If something happens, you guys should own up to it instead of making the customer eat the loss. It feels like you just want the money and don’t really care once the order is out the door. The weed is great when it’s fresh and everything is right, but you guys need to start taking responsibility when something isn’t right.

9/14/2026 So this stuff is okay. It definitely has the flavor that the plant was stressed out in the cultivation cycle somehow. It's not ridiculously Frosty but it's also got some Frost. There's no seeds from what I've encountered so far. It smokes just fine it's still got some bounce left in it it doesn't turn to dust. I only bought the QP.... Kind of mad at myself cuz I would have been happier with the pound..... If I'm looking at $415 for a pound I would be totally happy. 140 on the QP makes my nose wrinkle LOL. Overall though great experience worth the money. Thank you guys! Maybe don't vacuum seal the product bag as hard next time........ Vacuum seal the outside one but not the inside LOL
