Overall I'm happy. Nice smell and color. Smokes good. Very dense. Only complaint is that I paid a little extra for nugs and I got a bag of smalls. I also got a tracking number right away but a week later there was no movement or scan in. That was nerve-racking but customer service responded within 24 hours and issued a new tracking number which in fact started moving right away. I noticed the price had increased after my order so I assumed I was sent smalls to offset the price. Although I don't feel like that should have been my problem. I also thought you got an extra ounce when you order a QP, but maybe that doesn't stack with the already discounted price. Four stars just for the mild amount of stress and incorrect product. I really wanted to check the quality of the big bud orders and I was not able to. First order was small sampler, but don't feel that I'm ready for a large order just yet. I feel obligated to make a small but slightly bigger order and see how it goes in the second time. They gained my business overall as long as I keep finding clearance prices. Can't pay them what the local plug charges lol
